Rocky Top Rumble Brings World of Outlaws Back to Bulls Gap

One of the most anticipated race weekends of the year in east Tennessee begins with a return to Volunteer Speedway for the first time in five years.

The high banks of “The Gap” have earned a reputation for producing some of the most thrilling racing found anywhere, and more of the same is expected next month. All 17 members of this year’s full-time roster will be searching for their first World of Outlaws win at the track, as the nine previous Series races have been split by Brian Birkhofer, Chris Madden, Steve Francis, Jimmy Owens, Shane Clanton, Brandon Sheppard and Zack Mitchell, who scored his lone World of Outlaws victory to date in 2020.
