Newport, Tennessee superstar Jimmy Owens will pilot a Vic Hill Racing #20 entry on Friday night, March 13 at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee!  The World of Outlaws Late Model Series will preside over a $12,000 to win shootout that evening at “The Gap.”  We invite everyone to Volunteer Speedway to watch Jimmy battle the Outlaws.
