BULLS GAP, Tenn. (April 27, 2019) — Volunteer Speedway held its first weekly racing program of the 2019 racing season Saturday with Jordon Horton of Sneedville winning the Crate Late Model feature. “The Sneedville Sniper” Horton was loaded and firing on all cylinders as he charged from his seventh starting position to get the victory over Michael Bland, Tim Maupin, Michael Smith and Taylor Coffman.

Aaron Guinn of Russellville sped to the Sportsman Late Model win over Brad Dyer, Chris Coffey, Joshua Evans and Kyle Manis.

Wayne Rader of Parrottsville outran Kurt Owens to win the Modified Street feature, with Dustin Ratliff, Eric Hux and Kaleb Trent rounding out the top five finishers.

John Stevens of Wallins Creek, Ky., led flag-to-flag in winning the Classic feature over Tom Juhl, Charles Bates, Tony Trent and Jim Canning Jr.

Austin Atkins of Morristown captured the Street Stock victory over Jason Rollins, Caleb Byrd, Dan Smith and Austin Lefevers.

Walter Walsh of Clinton brought home the Mini Stock win over Chad Manning, Greg Everhart and Stephen Russell.
